Privacy and data protection

Glossa is based in Limassol, Cyprus, in the European Union.

  • Audio is not stored. The speaker’s audio is processed live to transcribe and translate it and is not kept afterwards.
  • Transcripts and translations are saved to your account. You can find and download them in the History section at any time.
  • Listeners stay anonymous. People in your congregation open a link or scan a QR code. They do not create an account and are not asked for any personal details.
  • Your account data. We keep what is needed to run your account, such as your email address and church name. Payments are processed by Stripe; Glossa does not store card numbers.

The full privacy policy is at glossa.live/privacy-policy and the terms of service at glossa.live/terms-of-service. If your church or denomination needs a data processing agreement or has a specific question, write to info@glossa.live.
